1. No Refund on Subscription Purchases
All payments made for DilConnect Premium, add-ons, or any paid feature are final and non-refundable.
Once a subscription or service is activated, the amount cannot be refunded, regardless of:
User decision to stop using the service
Failure to find a match
Personal preference or dissatisfaction
Change of mind
2. Non-Transferable Services
Paid plans and services cannot be transferred to another account or person under any circumstance.
3. Exceptions for Technical Errors
Refunds may be considered only in the case of:
Duplicate payment charged by the system
Payment deducted but service not activated
In such cases, we require:
Payment receipt / transaction ID
Registered phone number or email
Once verified, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
4. No Guarantee Policy
DilConnect provides a platform to connect people.
We do not guarantee:
Replies from users
Matches or compatibility success
Relationships, meetups, or outcomes
Refunds will not be issued based on expectations related to communication or personal results.
5. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future auto-renewal but does not refund the current active subscription period.
Your premium features will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
